Is it from an SSZ i.e. not one of the 4WD variants? I'm almost certain that all VZ SS/Z with climate had the pop up compartment lid on top and that made the top slightly different dimensions to the non-climate ones (smaller and slightly different shape from memory).

If it's a genuine Holden pod not from a 4WD I would again be almost certain it's for climate as I'm sure the SSZs etc that came with the pods all had climate. Just find a VZ SS and see if it fits perfectly - if it does then it's suitable for whatever that car has (climate I'm guessing) and if it doesn't it's suitable for whatever that car hasn't got (climate or not). The reason for saying to find an SS is I can't remember whether there are dash variations between different VZs as there are in VE.

If it's a genuine part tell me the part number and I should be able to remember whether it was the one I was looking at getting at one stage - unfortunately I've deleted all the relevant emails.......

Hope that makes sense!
