Why would you want to ?
That is why people get new exhausts / mufflers when they rust through !
Just save up and do the exhaust when you can afford to.
It is school holidays isn't it ???

yeah mate. this can be done....
For the best increase in noise, take a diamond tipped hole saw and drill a hole in your headers/ex manifolds... haha!
It'll sound massive!!!!!
(Caveat: This is not serious......... and i would not be suggesting putting a hole in your exhaust anywhere.... it'll sound shit!)

the cheapest "for the time being" mod might be to go to your exhaust shop and have the rear resonator taken out and some straight pipe welded into its place...
but the best thing to do would be save that money (even if its only $50) and do the whole lot right once.

get out the angle grinder and chop your exhaust right behind the diff, or as stated goto exhaust shop and get them to remove your mufflers
BUT
why do that and spend money when it could be saved for a good exhaust.

They already come with holes in them, 2 just under the rear bumper... This is the only place the majority of the exhaust sound should be coming from...
