Hard cover not sitting nice

Hey got a hard cover and painted it all looking smicko, threw it on my car and it looks nice but it is sitting way to high at the front. the hinge bracket on the hardcover has a bend in them and it can only go on one way to make it work. i had to put washers under each of the screws so that the bracket will sit flush. I think that the hardcover (made by flexiglass) maybe missing an important slot which makes the front sit lower. any suggestions?

hmm yeah my only suggestion would be that you could adjust the bracket so it sits a bit lower perhaps ?
