View Full Version : Chev Bowtie Wheel Caps

I recently bought a set of wheel caps for my VE SS. They are 60mm diameter - the same as the "lion" centre piece. Yesterday, I went to put the new caps on only to find the centre cap is much bigger and the 60mm centre piece is moulded into the larger piece. Does anyone know if there is a trick to fitting the 60mm centre piece into a VE SS 18" rim??

The correct genuine ones had the badges sold as part of the "ninja star" black centre cap, if that makes sense.
Because they are much harder to get, hence a lot dearer, some sellers are selling "generic" badges as suitable for this model.

That's what I thought. There is no way the 60mm ones will fit without cutting out the cebtre piece.

Do you sell the genuine one? I just bought the grille from you - looks great.
