Driving home tonight along the Frankston freeway I changed lanes and noticed the steering was heavy, look down at dash and notice the temp was rising.Luckily the next exit was before Chev's workshop so peeled off & drove straight there.Chev had a quick look under the bonnet & got straight on the phone to order a new engine belt got straight in his car & picked it up.
Got back got straight onto fitting new belt,I was on my way again within an hour of getting there.Seems Chev's customer service knows no bounds & I for one appreciate his efforts to look after me.
Once again a huge thanks for your prompt service.

Try getting that type of service from your Holden Dealer...............

Would be something like this. " If you book it in ,we will have a look at it on Thursday ".

Great work Gary

Old school customer service when nothing is too hard and the customer is the priority.

I met chev many months and thought he was a gentleman. This was reinforced when i went (with a bunch of the vic boys) to his workshop. All the guys at chev's are fantastic.

Hello all at chev's and thanks for your hospitality.

It is so refreshing to see old world service is still alive.

I am not a customer but i do wish you boys were closer to my place.

Crikey Guys. You'll give me a huge head:).I was bought up with "old school" learning from a boss that I dearly respected. Golden Fleese (for those who are old enough to remember) petrol station. After school pumping fuel. Dukes Service Centre was the name. I still have those same work ethics in which I was taught all those years ago. I thank everyone for their kind words

Chev, your work may be Golden, but you certainly never Fleece anyone. (Sorry - it had to be said....or, maybe not.)

Great work again mate.

Cheers,

Macca
