I had a slight carpark bingle which has put a bit of a dent in the rear bumper.
Other parts dont seem to be damaged.
Is it possible that you can buy a pre-painted bumper straight from Holden?
If not, can anyone recommend a good panel beater place in Perth (pref. NOR)

i can vouch for VU_V6's dad mate...
just painted my G8 lip spoiler for my SSV and its better quality than holden!!!
and is reasonably priced
sent another mate of mine to see him next as he has a massive scratch on his rear bumper on his morpheous SSV ute....
he is south of the river but well worth it

Yep, as others have said - no prepainted. Some &*$@!! ran into my rear bar and then pi$$ed off leaving me to get a new one. From memory list is about $450 inc GST (I got mine cheaper) and most panel beaters I went to wanted $450 - $500 to remove old bar, spray new one, refit rear park sensors and refit the bar. I did however find a place that did it for 2/3 of that (also turned out to be the place the local dealer uses).

How did the new bar come out paint wise? i.e pretty close to factory or is it noticeable.

Unfortunately being Nickel it was never a good match depending on what light it was in and angle it was on (there are other threads on that I have posted in) and their first attempt was about the same as factory but they weren't happy with it so re-did it. Given that 80% of the time it looked too light I asked them to mix the paint fractionally darker, which they did. Therefore now instead of looking too light 80% of the time and correct only 20% it looks too light 75%, OK 10% and too dark 15% of the time, again depending on angle and light.
I've basically given up on getting Nickel on plastic bars and metal body to match and am looking at things to do to hide/camouflage it.
