Cruise control limitations

Questions about factory cruise control on a VX Berlina 4-spd auto with Gen 3 v8:
- What is the lowest gear ratio that cruise control will work with?
- What is the minimum speed that cruise control can hold?

Cruise will not start below 40klmh. Should work on any ratio as long as your above the 40k's.
