No, this section counts! Only non techo sections like Tar Pit, My Ride, ads etc don't count.

As DuffMan says, the question has been asked before and answered (with a technically definitely maybe). If it's mafless then on the road you are probably OK with 90% of cops but if taking it to a testing station I'd definitely take it off to be safe. If it still has MAF you are probably OK.

Starting repeated threads to get your post count up is more likely to pi$$ the mods off and earn you a holiday! :)
