Hi Guys. Have had an SV6 since Nov 2007 and tried topping up the Washer Resevoir a few weeks back only to be presented with a large puddle of water under the car. Can't see any obvious point of failure (unfortunately, the hoses seem to disappear straight under all the front grill/bumper area immediately after the "washer fill-up bottle").
I will eventually have to book the car in for the fuel-line recall and will get them to look at it at the same time. Just wondering if anyone else had had this problem ?

A common problem. Book it in to get it replaced.

Intake tube 92191905 is replaced, as they are splitting at the convoluted section.
About every second VE needs these.

Yep, as Planet has said, very common problem on VE's since day one, there was a supply issue, but that has been rectified in the last few weeks.
Nearly every VE gets the fuel recall cable tie and a washer filler neck at the same time
