stainless sheet metal ones
or ali if that tickles your fancy.
but becasue you are over east, any small fabrication place could knock them out in an hour or so. just sheet metal ones.

Harrop would no doubt be able to assist. They sell their Harrop rocker covers and have custom CNC machining capabilities
