Hey All,

I'm looking at a few different options currently to re-trim my tired seats in my ute:

So here is what I'm looking at with my $1000 budget:

- Re-trim in vinyl (cheaper than leather - but look/feel cheaper than leather?)
- Purchase second hand leather seats from VX-VZ model (complications with electric controls of later versions?)
- Re-trim seats in second hand leather & foam

Any experiences or opinions - especially with the vinyl vs leather debate

Thanks,

Jason

IMO trim it in leather (new). You must have a trimmer in Brizzy that can do that for you. It may cost a bit more, but worth it in keeping the value in your ute. I wouldn't put second hand leather seats in, you'll be back to square one in no time.

Yeh got the quote for leather - double the price of every other option.

I'm doin the best I can do while saving for a wedding - so 1000 is the max budget. Although seat covers are pretty cheap and may be an option!!!

Although I really agree with this comment

I am lucky enough to have inherited it that way when I purchased it two months ago
