Hi all, i have a VE SS Auto, today i got a maf tune and a cold air pod filter put on my car. Before these were done, it was put on the dyno and it was 208rwkw, and after it was 228rwkw. I am very new to this but i was excepting a little more, could someone please tell me if i should have got more or what i got is good.
thank you............
Please help
A 20rwkw gain from a tune and intake is about right, you wouldn't expect too much more.
Go for a full exhaust system and a retune and you'll be amazed at how much more you get out of it.

That's a huge Pandora's box!! Do you want extractors or not? If yes do you want to keep the cats in the original position or not? If yes then the HM headers and cats seem good according to someone I know with them. If you're happy to move the cats then either XForce (very bling) or long Pacemaker 4-1s seem the most popular choice. The XForce are an in between choice as the cats don't move back as far as with the Pacies.
I've got a full KPM 3" stainless system inc Pacies and high flow cats and am absolutely rapt with the sound and power gains. No drone, just pure V8 sound (quite loud). Others I know with full XForce system are very happy with them.
There are many, many threads on here re VE systems - a search will give you plenty of reading.
