'Cars' movie windscreen shade?

Hi guys,
On the train the other day I went past a car park and saw a car with a windscreen shade in it that had eyes painted on it just like the characters from the 'Cars' movie.

I'd love to get one for my girlfriend, does anyone know where these things are sold at all?
