Well Benjamin, nothing that a few bits and pieces, ie heads,cam,stally,D/F 4-1s & twin 3" D/F cannot fix.
I hope that you escape from Ward E soon enough - plenty just walk straight on out!!
Cheers,
Macca

Thanks Macca. When i did not get any bites at the start of selling her, as the price came down i started to take stuff off. The VZ SV8 that i bought already had Di Filippo 4>1's (no paint), Di Filippo cats, 2.5" zorst (unkown brand) and tune. So off came my system as its full S/S Di Filippo and swaped it on to the VZ. No cam this time, "Family car" remember. First will be the brakes (PBR PK1) then diff gears (size ???) and get the tune looked at as it came with one. Trying to get some $$$ together for a house :)

No dramas mate - houses will become too far away for many in the future, so it is good to get into it as soon as you can.
I spotted some HSV (Harrop) 4-pots on Ebay last night, they were at around $1600 - may be worth a look. Also, don't forget Holmart has the AP-Racing brakes also - just a little bit more than the PBR kits!!!
I reckon 3.73:1 will give you good around town and highway feel with the A4, or 3.46:1 if you're a little scared.
Cheers mate,
Macca

Yeah i think 3.73:1 will be the go. I only have 2 grand to go towards the brakes and i think the PBR's will be fine. Give her a dyno tune and that will just about be it. Oh i almost forgot, K&N filter :)

BTW:The original exhaust system is up for grabs on eBay LINK (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=120231335604&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=002) with FREE HSV Mats :eyes:
