Quick Q..
Is the following a Higher Boost pulley for a HH122 blower..? if not are they avaliable? I realise it says voids 112 warranty but its ok for use on 122? or do I have this all wrong and infact the 122 already has a 75mm Pulley?

75mm Pulley Kit - $176.00
*(voids HH112 warranty)

Thanks Ken

Hi Rob ...

There are a couple of issues with the 75mm pulley on a HH122 ...
1 - The 75mm pulley takes the rotors past the maximum Eaton-recommended speed, therefore we do not support the warranty on the rotors/bearings if overspeeding the supercharger. The rest of the warranty remains intact. ... Having stated that, I dont believe we have had any failures due to overdriving. (Eaton are possibly over-cautious, but we have to respect their intent).

2 - The issue with the HH122 is more a drive-slippage issue with the 75mm pulley ... A 6PK 75mm pulley will almost certainly not have enough grip to spin the HH122 at high load.

If you wish to get "more" from the HH122, I suggest you go for our 8PK upgrade kit as we know that it will consistantly support >420rwkw with a HH122 on a suitable engine.

Hope this helps ...

I was smart enough to shell out the extra doe on the 8PK already so shouldnt have a problem there.. The 8PK setup doesnt come with a 75mm pulley kit though does it?

I might invest in this 75mm pulley when I upgrade my fuel sytem.. How much boost will this pulley deliver?

thanks again Ken

Yep ... the 8PK kit is based on the 75mm drive pulley, and overspeed harmonic balancer.
