Swap VY 3.91 for 3.46 Diff

Have a 3.91 VY LSD diff 2.5 months old since brand new gears fitted have receipt, only done about 500k's, swap for 3.46 LSD plus $500, car is for sale so putting it back to standard.

i would say yes... the complete diff centre should fit in no problems as both run a donut on the front of the diff and have the same axle shaft bolt pattern
