I have a customer with a Pulsar who had a similiar problem with his intercooler hanging out the bottom of the bar. We bought some 6mm thick rubber sheet from Clark rubber for $10 and screwed it into the front bumper bar, under the intercooler and onto the radiator support. It also helped force all the air through the intercooler and then the radiator, rather than through the intercooler and UNDER/AROUND the radiator.

I got no ideas on the spoiler, but on the Gen TT front where did you put the battery?

Perhaps check if HBD had a lip which fitted to the VX Berlina front bars. From memory they did (or maybe it was just the exec style) this would help solve your problem but still retain a factory look.

Other option is a HSV bar which will sit lower but they aren't exactly understated ...

If the intercooler is silver why not paint it black? Or get some black mesh to go over it.. It will make it more stealth I suppose.. The berlina lip dosen't go down very far.

I agree, matt black will help camo the cooler. Back in my days of imports it worked a treat.
