I guess that due to my noob status I'm unable to reply as there are no buttons to do so in the following thread:

EDITED: Ok again due to my noob status posting links is unavailable as yet either "lol" Refering to the board

DIY: Do It Yourself and the thread DIY : Changing Window Switches and other interior lights to Blue LEDs

I wanted to say after reading the whole thread,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Love what was done, I’m now looking to do this for my SSV VE, I purchased the LED’s today, pulled the window electrics out and started to split the powered section. The only issue for me are the sliders as they seem to sit free and moved during the strip down I’m not sure how they go back together “lol”

I don’t have enough posts to show pic’s on the unit and was hoping someone else may already have them available for me to look at.

The job done on your car is fantastic and really gave me the reason to try this out, thanks do much for the information and out come.

If a mod is reading this can you check my post count, I'm sure I ahve posted more times than that showing :) Thanks

First off welcome to the forums mate, a friendly reminder before you get flamed, you should read the FAQ's section, it explains everything you've asked here ;)

The reason you can't reply in the DIY section is because they are threads that were posted in automotive sections until mods moved them into a specific section for members to refer to and learn from, but posting in them is no longer permitted.

Your post count is 2, as you will see if you click on your username and view your profile or click on the User CP button along the top of the page. Posts in the Tar Pit don't count to your post count, and you need a minimum of ten (10) posts to be permitted to post links or pictures.

Have a search around and please, read the FAQ's because they will help you a great deal to use the forums more efficiently and without asking questions that have been asked a gazillion times :p

Once again, welcome mate, be sure to post up some pics of your ride once you get your post count up :D
Cheers
Phil
