Excellent news for the scene community. Especially those who go very regularly.

Perhaps over time the savings from not utilising all of those lights to illuminate may trickle back to the user in the form of a reduced entry fee? I'd propose a 10 visit pass reasonably priced. As for infrequent users, the fee for one off's I believe is fair considering the amount of staffing and other expenses are concerned.

Just a thought.... add up how many trips a year you do.

Just another thought.....option to purchase per set of runs..... (say 3 runs). If it's very busy and you're there for say 3-4 hours and only get 3 runs.... well the numbers of cars would still bring in sheer profit at some point. So by charging per run-set, it'd be potentially cheaper for the user (or could be more expensive if they decided to stay longer!) and would reduce the backlog too. Don't a lot of people go early to avoid the rush and get a few runs in... then go home? This idea may provide relief to congestion and waiting periods and allow for a more staggered line up as new cars come and spent cars retire.

This could also benefit the club /R&D sector who have to patiently wait in heavy usage to get in their runs.

I'm only bringing these ideas to the table after the previous weekend's experience at another raceway which was ridiculously busy, but fantastic for the venue. In 6 hours only getting in 1 run was stupid, and this was due to sheer numbers. Now, if the forementioned options were available, myself as one to only want a few runs and others could have had that chance..... as cars would have retired instead of adding to the line up congestion.. thus decreasing the wait time.

Dunno if it'd work, I believe there definitely has some sort of potential. Perhaps it could entice even more clientel. With the availability of all day saturday or sunday looming, surely a LOT more people will attend, and a plan to ease congestion may be a reasonable concept.

Just a thought.
