vt ss engine fault light

hey guys and gals, i have just fitted a new water pump to my LS1 VT SS when fitting the pump i removed the thottle body and disconnected the two elec plugs,TPS and IAC i think, now when driving the engine warning light comes on. has it logged a fault code? can it be cleared without a diagnostic tool? will disconnecting the battery do the trick? the car drives fine when the light comes on and goes out when the ignition is cycled but reappears again when driven above approx 70kmh. any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.:confused:
