Cruise control in MY12 Commodore

Hi all,

I drove my Boss's MY12 Omega wagon late last year, and have been meaning to query the display when cruise is activated.

It shows a 'Cruise set at 50kph' or something to that effect, and as you increase/decrease the preset it shows on the instrument cluster.

When did this become the norm? On all Series II VE's? Now that I've realised my MY10 doesn't have it, I want it. Falcons have had this for ages now, and I know if I never missed it before I probably don't need it anyway.

Must only be the MY12 because my MY11 series 2 doesn't have it

MY11 or MY12 ?

The car I am talking about is MY12.

Is it something that can be updated to older MYxx ?

It's a My12

Does anyone know if this can be 'flashed' to earlier MYxx or series 1 VE's?
