What suspension did you put in?
How much has the car been lowered?
Did you make the cross pieces or buy the genuine bits. I am talking about the pieces that go across the tray and slip into the molded recess. Thay look great and would be very usefull. I have been going to make something for mine since day 1 yet 13 months later it still has nothing. I can't think of a light weight material to use so maybe you can help me out, or anyone else who has fitted something like that.

Cheers. What sort of weight would you guestimate them at. I think I might have a go at knocking up a pine frame and nailing thin ply over it then cover in some type of marine carpet. That should keep it nice and light for my back when I want to pull it out to load something longer in. I take it the mesh up the front is the Holden Calais / HSV boot tidy or wht ever they call them.
Thanks anyway
Cheers

That sounds like a worthwhile project! I shit at guessing weights but thet are quite easy to put in and out, they weight keeps them firmly in place and I can lye stuff ontop of them without damaging them. I also have boot cargo nets hooked across as well to holh the smaller items still.
Pics when youve finished :smile
