That is actually the V2 model, same as mine
Bloody nice anyway, and they don't sound to bad, a bit shy of ducati's in the power stake (and a long way off the BMW)
You have impeccable taste in utes and bikes Peter

I thought it was only the twin when I commented but I'm not right up to date with them these days. I love that colour scheme on yours JDRSV, a bit different but it looks great, it would be a bitch keeping the rear wheel clean though.
Jason.

i like lots of different bikes, i read somewhere that a man needs a minimum of 8 motorcycles to satisfy all the different categories on offer, i've got jap, euro and american, not fussy of the origin, the bike just has to appeal to me, could be style, engineering, rarity, i do prefer cruisers to sport bikes (i'm old and fat),
here's a shot of my avalanche towing my '76 harley flh to its storage place,

Favourite in the stable at the moment :
Kawasaki H2 SX SE with BST Carbon Fiber rims, vandemon full Ti exhaust, inlet mods and 230+ at the back tyre

I use this one for weekend commutes to Sydney to go watch the footy with my bro -

It is a bit grandad, but it's got a nice 1600 cc 6 pot motor that sounds great when up it - the freakin headlight in it is epic and the comfort means i can leave brisvegas Frid after dinner and ride down caravan free to Sydney and be there for breaky!

Brilliant bike loaded with toys. They sound amazing at full tilt with a system on them too. But that kinda goes against the luxury purpose of the big K bike

I sold my S1000RR as I had over 20000k’s on it and frankly got scared that if I launched an engine I was going to be up for a fortune. Also wasn’t riding it as much as my back had been playing up.
But.. within a week of selling it I picked up a mint 2012 VFR800 for a steal. Doesn’t have the power of the S1K but it hold its own. When VTEC kicks in Yo. It changes its personality which is fun and the meaty v4 with Leo Vince cans sounds killer (better than an LS). Do miss the hell out of cruise control though

Thanks mate. I was actually lucky enough to find a guy in Adelaide selling a pair of brand new silver side boxes for $800. So I snapped them up
