Coming along nicely!! :goodjob:
Im hoping to have it back in the car by Xmas / early January, the parts were all delivered to the engine builders shop yesterday, heads are being assembled on monday so its just a matter of time now. We were going to do it here at home but the engine shop quoted us $1500 for all the maching/balancing and assembly of the long motor, I supplied everything parts/gaskets etc. that was too good a deal to pass up.
For sure it's a prick of a job measuring and assembling but worth paying for someone to do it. Keep the updates coming as it progresses :)
Ok heads got finished today here are some pics.

update the short block was assembled today and the cam has been dialed in.
Hey, your not hangin back with the $$$.
Would be cool to see a parts & labor tally too, 3K +............:deal:
What sort of RWKW are u aiming at?
Looks like this is going to be a pretty awesome build.
Yeah as often happens you get addicted to chasing more power/torque.I'll put up a break down of the parts maching labour costs etc in the coming weeks.Just eager to get her back in the car now so diff /auto and converter can be played with next.Hoping for low 300+ rwkw. Will be putting her up on the dyno when tuned.
