I bought the harness and just got Ultra Tune to put it in as part of the process of elimination. Even though they are known for getting damaged on lowered cars I really didn't have much faith that it was going to be that simple. Should have listened to Quark in the first place lol. So thanks Quark :)
Edit: Both rear sensors were in open loop apparently. New harness installed, codes reset and not one issue since touch wood.

Not claiming much credit here - Chev diagnosed and fixed the issue in my Senator - apparently a fairly common issue.
