My daughter had a very good experience with notmyfault.com.au who provide a free replacement car and bill the other mob.

As seldo said there are companies out there that supply a replacement loan car while yours is being repaired. It doesn't cost you a cent and they bill your insurer. If you haven't been given a loan car already then ring and get one.

Funny you should ask Ed. Got the car back yesterday. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repairs, they also buffed the entire car, it looks brand new and wife is very happy :)
