Nice intake you've got there.
I've been looking at the holley hi ram but its a bit tall for my VX 427.
What's low end power like with the short runners and what sort of dollars do they cost if ya don't mind me asking.

there like 3k+ there brutus !!!! low end power it's hard to say depends on how you drive I can keep if off boost hold 3000rpm and quickly go 1st '2nd '3rd and leave traffic for dead !!! thanks ls1pwr that's the plan on stock irs rear driving home at my weight will be not a bad effort !!!! cheers
I guess that's a good price if it works and fits under the bonnet. I seen one powder coated black and it looked fantastic.
hi just an update stopped in at Russo's today for a look and replaced race seat!!! block hopefully will arrive in next few days apart from that everything is ready to go !!!! turbo is very impressive here's some pics next to the old 88mm bw s400 !! and a pic of what happens when a piston hits a valve conrod is twisted !!!cant wait for new setup!!! cheers

had seen just under 25psi boost !!! no lsx going rhs aluminium race block 427ci !!!damage took out the lq9 block !!! hence the decision to go BIGGG !!!

good to know that an LQ9 can take 20+ psi though. i thought they would only be good for around 15psi.
yeh obviously only 4 bolt heads but head studs and .850 thick deck heads help pushing the boost I was seeping a little coolant from stock heads at 20psi !!! still waiting on block fark me building a car sucks
