Hi Ed

I went up to Toowoomba last Thursday - ECU is back and wired in.

Fuel tank has been designed and template sent to the fabricator. Ice box is beng designed.

Next major job is cutting the rear guards - hoping that will happen next week. Once that's done, axles measured, ordered and then we should be good to goooooooooooooo

So all the diff parts have arrived except the gears - should be here on Thursday.

Next update:

Diff gear and pinion has finally arrived. Waiting for the wavetrac.
Terry cutting the tubs out at the moment.

Good morning guys

I visited Terry yesterday for an update and to discuss a few items. Tubs are cut out now and the workmanship looks fantastic. The diff is being assembled off site as there was some machining to do on the carrier to enable fitment of the Wavetrac. The assembled diff should be back next week. The axels will then need to be measured and ordered (from the States). So we are expecting about a month for them to be delivered.

Exhaust system issues have been sorted - using oval shaped pipes and apparently they flow better than the circular ones.

Fuel tank still to be fabricated but that can't commence until the diff etc are installed.

This build is going to be a monster Dan! :lol:

It will indeed Ed.

Terry was saying that the rear end set up should make the car quicker than similar hp cars. I can't wait to get it on the track.
