Did anyone notice the gen f R8 SV performance times published in wheels mag?
Manual 340 kw did 4.9 0-100 and 13.2 1/4 at 177 klm.
That's 110.6 mph!

I suggest that much of the "sound" is in the air intake. Nothing new there....took a mate for a ride in our VZ GTO years ago....gave it some stick....he said, "it's got a good note"...I said, "I wish"...put ya head out the window...he couldn't hear any note at all..why....cause it's a "tuned" intake "note"...but it sounds just like a good exhaust "note".Quote:
