I don't know anything about Phase 111s, so I don't know whether it was the car in question, but I did see an absolutely "PRISTINE" black Phase 111 at a car show (could've been the GT Nats, I can't remember) at Sandown many years ago. Anyway, this car was absolutely UNBELIEVABLE, it was just so good. The owner was doing a bit of detailing (as you do at car shows!), He had ropes all around the car to stop probing fingers etc, and I asked him, "Are you nervous about bringing this out"?....and He simply answered, "Yes"!
