Yep and considering the successor has already been announced for 2017 and built in Adelaide

There's long been plenty available in the parts bin. The Chinese-market car has had a shark fin antenna and electronic park brake since 2007.
For the US law enforcement version, a column shifter will be fitted at last. This would also mean the option of 3 and 6 seater utes/sedans if Holden sees a market. Or people might perceive this as too outdated.

If so look on the left side of the steering wheel where the cruise is there is a collision button by the looks of it ????
Interesting . Adaptive cruse control (as i understand it) allows you to leave the cruse control on and if the car in front slows down your car slows down to match , and if the car in front speed up yours speeds up (maintaining a gap between cars) until it reaches the speed you had it set to.

Too true. All the ford utes we have at work have piss poor reception, even the old AM is a bit poor. And I'm not in a remote area, just rural SA. The Holdens and Nissan's are generally better. Mind you, I have a sharkfin on my VE wagon and have found no losses with reception.

I think it looks great, inside and out. I'm due for a new car in March next year, and at present i was dead set keen on a GT 335, but this might have changed my mind. Has there been much talk of the motor and power outputs? If only Holden went a factory s/c version, my decision would be made... Still not sure if i want to go with the brutal GT 335, or the full of tech elegant Calais/Caprice...
Re: VF Commodore revealed - Official details and pics from post #216 onwards
It will be interesting to see what ford come up with for 2014... If the GS 315 is packed with tech goodies, plus retain the 5.0 s/c motor, it'll be hard to beat for value.
Re: VF Commodore revealed - Official details and pics from post #216 onwards
Doesn't look too bad in the pics but I'll wait and see what it looks like first hand when they're in the showrooms. If I like it still, or more, I'll look at pricing up either a Calais V or SS to replace the VZ, depending on which grabs me most, and if the finances can fit one in. Definitely go the dark interior. Just looking at the pics again, the power window switches look a lot like what is in my old Captiva. I like that they have moved them to the door too, after 5 years in the captiva I still reach for the door in the VZ to put my window down.
Re: VF Commodore revealed - Official details and pics from post #216 onwards
I tell you what im nervous about the pricing. I could afford an E3 R8 but it sounds like pricing on the VF is going to be well over and above the VE. might end up with an SSV

Why would you say that? There has been no mention of pricing yet.
