dunno about VFII but there was HSV GEN-F2 Tourer parked outside my local dealer when i picked mine up last night
(after a service). Quite easy to pick with the new wheels, tail lights and 'black' theme....

No GTS-R name plate according to this article.

"motoring.com.au has been told HSV is plotting "something big" based on its GTS flagship, which is already Australia's most powerful locally-built car at 430kW/740Nm, and potentially powered by the 476kW/819Nm supercharged 6.2-litre LS9 V8 from the discontinued Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. It's understood HSV won't be reviving the GTS-R name."
Could've . Maybe ? Might just have to buy a red vf gts to match the plates now . Or just see what does eventuate in the next 12 months or so .
So.....
The only question is....
Who's getting a LSA powered HSV in the near future?
For me,
I haven't even thought about upgrading until the LSA was going to be in all models, thinking by then/now the tuners would have them all sorted and the prices on new cars might drop a little too...(might take a while to drop a little but most HSV drop in price 6 months after release)...i'm hoping anyway...
I'm thinking somewhere around June-August next year would work best for me with not too much of a hit to my E2 Maloo GXP, it should only cost $40k after selling my car/saving to get into a LSA....
Who else here is crunching the numbers to get into a LSA?
Maloo R8 LSA in red.....manual....
Im after the GTS secondhand in the low 60s or new in the low $80s . I have a 07 Senator with 46k perfect condition hoping to get at least 30k trade in. Hopefully
Where are these GTS in the low 60's?

High 60's . Its the only one in the 60's . Another 6 months and i reckon mid to low 60's .
How about a 2015 auto with 1,000km d/a under $80k?

according to this article, this is one of the first sticker special models to be released, but only to GMH Employees.
I know that there will be a few more and Holden has registered the following names as potential future special models "Bathurst "Panorama"
I wonder if they would be worth buying or not
