I didn't do it on my own but I could of. Looking at it this morning I will take it out and re-bend the bracket myself to make it neater. I took advantage of their free installation. The advantage of this was that if it didn't fit like wonky's did he had the other batteries in stock and I wouldn't have to return anything. The top mounting bracket needs to be bent at each end to accommodate the taller battery. It is an easy change. A vice or hammer / mallet is all that is required. The inboard end of top bracket is already bent downward to meet the top of the battery, so this gets straightened out a bit and the outer end of the bracket needs to be bent up to allow room for the battery. Before doing this I was looking at installing the police 2nd Battery option, but no one at Holden would commit if it was compatible with the HSV LPi.
