Long time reader of this thread, first ime posting. Just got mine back today from having some work done to my body kit.

Made 206.8rwkw which i was told by Dan at chipmaster was good for basicaly just an exhaust system.

here's my old girl, bit of a oldy compared to whats on here but it is a ute after all. just sold it dude picks it up boxing day. would'nt read about it, been trying for 3 months to sell it, now after dude left deposit had 1/2 dozen people wanting it. you get that. stock 5 litre auto but done the job

Im finally around to lowering the back of my ute some more
I am going to get some made up, but i cant think of how low Kings SSSL's are?
Do you think 4inch lowered springs should be lower than SSSL's??...
how do you messure how low your springs are compared to standard?

few little updates with my ute, Decided to go the Cam only route, for now. 380 rwhp and ran 12.2@113 (with standard clutch thats farked).
new rims and tint (VZ Clubby 19's and Lightning Tint) Rims are currently in getting painted black with silver mettalic thru it.

ah i cant remember how much the SSSLs are lowered or what the hub-guard is any more.
If you ring Kings they're pretty helpful, i think it was gary i spoke to originally when I was chasing the SSSLs
Also King themselves do custom springs, so it might be worth getting them to make up a set that 1/2 or 1 inch lower than SSSL cause you know they'll be right then.
im pretty sure the SSSLs are already probably close to 5 inches down from standard just by looking anyway.

Its actually Based on the VU for U bar From street machine a few years back www.sve.net.au look here and speak to Jason

ohh cheers dude...
i ended up calling them, and they thought that the VR comodore rear SSL's will make it a little lower than the SSSL's would...
They seem to think hub to guard will be around the 290mm mark... i just finished putting them in, and im on about 310mm... its looking alot better...
Finally tucking some tyre geese! Hopefully they will sag some more soon, might go and grab some bags of sand..
