Re: VF Commodore revealed - Official details and pics - Part 3

Re: VF Commodore revealed - Official details and pics- Part 2
Just saw the black left hand drive VF SS with the Chev badge in Pakenham. He got off the freeway just as I was getting on and a few minutes later was coming up behind me heading back towards Dandenong so looks like they're just getting it out and about in the public's eye.
What I found most remarkable about it was that it was basically unremarkable! If I didn't know what it was I wouldn't have looked twice.

Possibly (in the eyes of the beholder - I don't mind the VE front) but not stand out.........
Re: VF Commodore revealed - Official details and pics - Part 3
:hmmm: if the Calais V is at the RRP that has been hinted to me....I may be keen to get one
Looks like Holden are dropping the VF RRP's to hit the ground running :goodjob:

There is another thread regarding this. I would not get to excited as VE is selling well below RRP and even if they reduce RRP on the VF it will not sell any cheaper than for what the VE has been selling for.
Eg: VE SV6 has been selling for around 35k drive away and SS for $42k drive away(Even cheaper with negotiation). Do you really think VF will sell for less than this?
I really hope they do of course.
Re: VF Commodore revealed - Official details and pics - Part 3
However, even if they're a bit more than what you can currently get a VE for on runout, or even pre runout, who cares? They're be a better car in all sorts of ways including looking newer!

Looks aside, the interior and tech are a mile ahead

Red bits look extremely tacky and those wheels look cheap
(And the concrete doesn't match) :)
