What does the second gauge read in the non-GTS cars?

Vacuum - They've bought back the "econogauge" from the VB ;-)

I have no doubt the look will grow on me. I absolutely despised the E2 but I can put up with it now. HSV needs to take a serious look at the E1 formula and reapply it because from memory the majority of people loved it from the start. There's no wow factor with the VF series. From the side they look exactly like a Commodore, at a minimum the whole range should have had distinctive skirts like the Maloo R8.

This. The R8 badge in the photo looks huge. Hopefully looks better in real life.

Why on earth are the bootlid badges so damn massive? And what happened to timeless, classy wheels on performance cars? This 3-spoke look is crap and is going to age terribly, I have no idea why HSV keep persisting with it.
Sometimes less is more, especially in terms of styling, HSV just seem to keep adding and adding.
Your the first one I've heard say the VF is overdone

This says Grange can be had in manual: http://news.drive.com.au/drive/motor...514-2jjy9.html
Is this right?
I've seen some WH Granges thta have been converted to manual, but has HSV ever offered manual in a Grange prior to Gen-F?
Re: HSV Gen- F Official Pics and Video Released (Warning: pic heavy)
Well the lotto numbers did not come up so no GTS for me. Oh well.
Re: HSV Gen- F Official Pics and Video Released (Warning: pic heavy)
Don't mind the look , But 2 things.
1- Why the tiny exhaust on the wagon.
2- A beefier bonnet bulge on the GTS would've defined it a bit more .
even the drl's don't bug me, actually they're well placed.

So have the ADR's been changed to allow simultaneous running of DRL's and headlights?
Re: HSV Gen- F Official Pics and Video Released (Warning: pic heavy)
Shame the HSV Tourer still looks like a VE series 1 sportwagon from the rear. I would have thought at least a set of LED light to set it apart. Strange it misses out on the new exhaust tips by the looks too

Any one got any engine bay pics of the 340kw models. Keen to see what they have done with the intake

If you watch the 2nd YouTube clip in the OP, go to 39 seconds in and Murph describes and shows pics of the LSA. Looks the same as the config in the ZL1
Re: HSV Gen- F Official Pics and Video Released (Warning: pic heavy)
Pretty disappointed with HSV in the looks department... But in the flesh, it may grow...
I understand 100k for the exclusivity (and powertrain!!) of the GTS. The LSA is a godsend for Australian HSV fans as an answer to ford's Coyote V8.
But i'm a little confused as to why anyone would pay 22k more than an SS...
ESPECIALLY when chances are, it may end up with a 6.2l V8 in future anyways... In which case, the SS would be the bettter-looking option, and have just as much potential for power.
and why have 317, 325, and 340 kw options? Anybody who's after power should just buy the 317 for 8-9k less, and then throw his own bolt-ons on. He'd end up with a fair whack more than 340 too...
Very confused...
