FROM THE PHOTOS
Light my Fire looks terrible
spitfire looks like atomic green maybe brighter.ok
slipstream looks darker than vodoo ok better than perfect blue which is too light (shit) and may be similar too or lighter than impulse.
just my 2 cents worth
looks very much like this - ignoring the rocket red

I'd have to disagree.
Light my fire is the only one I'm on the fence about. I reckon it will look good in the sun but Holden haven't had much success with orange hues on Commodores. Fusion is about the only one I've ever liked.
Slipstream and Son of a gun look great. Spitfire looks like an alright hero colour but a bit bright for me personally.
That gold and green are, ughhhh.... :spew:
here is what is happening to MY16 Chev SS, gives us an idea for MY16 Commodore.

Son of a gun followed by light my fire for me. So it seems like the series 2 will get the L99 6.2 (AFM) auto and LS3 for manual. I wonder the chances the 3.6 LFX will be replaced with the 250 KW 3640cc LGX? That would be a great way to send off the commodore, a 250Kw v6 and an Ls3 V8!
Pt Melb is unlikely to be retooled, so I recon they'll stick to LFX. All Holden/HSV drivetrain parts come from Mexico (except AY6) & LGW/LGX are USA made. LFX is 240kw/370nm capable but they didn't retune LLT->LFX. Instead they reduced weight & used the 6L45. Going for more power/torque means they'll need to use the heavier & costlier 6L50 for autos again. The innovation with LGX is cylinder deactivation & AFM.
So no LF3 either :(
I wonder ??
