i'll give you a commonly used ones.
mother ownes the HSV, son takes it for a drive and smashes it. mother says son took the keys without permission, son gets charged for stealing the car and as the car was 'stolen' the insurance covers it.
or
son goes bankrupt for 3 years, all insurance companys have to cover the cost themselves. simple, its done all the time.
