2011 Cruise for Charity: Official Registration Page

Hello all and as the tittle suggests this page is kept completely separate from the other page as the dyno spots are filling up and I need to know specific numbers of all the people who will be attending the actual cruise.

As mentioned there is $10 minimum to attend, it's a great cause and I am sure we have at one stage met or are related to someone who has been affected by it. Once you made your donation you will be provided with a receipt by email, just bring it along your receipt or use your forum user name on the donation page..... Yes it's that easy.

We will be meeting at the Ferntree Gully Hotel car park located at 1130 Burwood HWY Ferntree Gully VIC on the 26/11/2011 but the time is still TBA, see below.

We will be heading up through the Dandenongs to the Black/Reeftons Spur to Kinglake Pub where the owner Chris will put on a BBQ lunch for $10 per head and this will include sausages, burgers and salads. Lots of twisty and windy roads so I am sure you will enjoy the route as much as I did earlier this year.

So, having said all of this the donation is your registration fee so if you want to attend a small minimum donation of $10 is all that is needed. For those who are concerned about people profiteering from the cruise there will be no handling of cash on the day. I expect we will want a non refundable deposit of maybe $10 or $20 donation made to Movember by at least the day before for the dyno to hold places and make sure people don't just put their name down and then don't turn up, thus meaning others who wanted a dyno run but weren't in the first 40 on the list don't miss out.

I'm second guessing Richie here as a (potential) fellow organiser and anybody who pays a deposit for a dyno run and then doesn't turn up for whatever reason is effectively just donating to a very worthwhile cause (Movember) anyway. :goodjob:

I'd suggest printing off the receipt and bringing it with you to the cruise just to make everything certain. Similarly, I'm sure we'll get people to pay a small deposit of $10 or $20 to confirm their spot on the dyno in the week or two before the cruise/dyno day to make sure people who want to run don't miss out due to people who've put their names down just not turning up. They should also print off and bring receipts. :)

I am in for the cruise rich no dyno for me bringing some stuff with me but donated tonight

is it ok if my mate comes along in his supercharged ac cobra?
he is a maybe atm but he can confirm closer to the date

most likely a yes from us but down maybe for just cruise, would love to go on the dyno to see what my stocka pulls and that way when I upgrade stuff can go back on and see the differences.

Thanks for the welcome! Yeah, but im new here and don't want to just barge in. I don't think all the other guys that are going on the dyno would appreciate that too much.

It's all good, Its only a stocka so probs no point anyways. I will leave it this time and hopefully next time I will have some mods done. Then will jump on then.
