Awesome points would be having the stock track, so the whole thing looks factory from the outside, no wheels poking out from the guards or bulging wheel arches..... A real sleeper then... Much like that Tonner.

Auto for ease of conversion but there might be a manual update in the near future.

LOL even the Tonner doesn't have Leaf Springs

It could be done but it means lots of custom parts and that gets EXE quick...

    Today!

Bit of a logistical nightmare this one, the Donor is on the Hoist with no front end and I need the hoist to drop the Engine and K frame out of the Monaro so I can put that front end under the Donor and .... arghhh I'll improvise

Gone about as far as I can today, I'll go down after lunch and pop the plugs out of the Tonner clean them and see if I can make it run again...

    Today End!

Not all smooth sailing, it's been said by many people and some Holden insiders that Everything from VY onwards got the AWD Floor bzzzzz wrong...

Need to spend some more time under it and make a plan of attack once the Drivetrain is out of the way.

Seeing projects like this put me in a world of regret haha. Offshore work to full-time student means any such fun will be years down the track for me, assuming the degree pans out in the end and I get a good job Keep the updates coming, very jelly.

Thanks Ev, it's something I've wanted to do for a long time, pity about the Floor issue but we have the technology!

Please document this entire process to your usual standards, I can see others wanting to try this too.

Will do guys, will drop the drivetrain out of the Monaro today so I can get some better measurements of the floorpans, as it was difficult last night with the Trans in the way

Have got the OK from the owner to proceed, was a little concerned as some people can be put off by these sorts of mods.
