    digging up an old thread of mine.

    got around to adding the W310 pack to the car.....very impressed with the sound and better power and torque.

    done just over 40,000

    no issues whatsoever.

    no thoughts of a VF2 as I would take a bath on the value of the car vs what's left on the loan.

    love the colour as well and you can't get a VFII Redline in this colour

    good to hear, 310 pack will be around the LS3 anyway.

    I've got to admit I struggle with my VF, the electric hand brake etc is a pain and driving a VE daily i'm going for power windows in wrong spot etc Grrr.

    I still occasionally struggle with adjusting the music rather than my speed via cruise control as these buttons swapped sides on the steering wheel from VE (and earlier models) to VF.

    Fly. The equivalent kit on an LS3 will do 375 kaydubz at the fly.

    I done that to my VF2 about 3 weeks after I bought it, locked up the rears doing 60K's

    Agree it is obviously FWKW, but are you saying the extra 200cc of the LS3 nets another 65kw?

    Also forgetting that in unopened form the LS3 has a lighter valvetrain, more aggressive camshaft etc.

    Was impressed how my current LS3 spins up in the revs compared to my L98 also using the same cam.
