I bet it feels a lot better to drive now all the way through the range.
When I drove it home it was wet and peak hour traffic so couldn't really tell. Will be driving it later for the first time since.

Gary would be much better spending some of his giant stack of money on a cam.
Now we're both retired there is certainly no giant stack of money. I do actually have a brand new Walkinshaw LS9 cam kit a mate put me onto at a good price so asked about installing that at the same time but too exxy. Will sell it now.

All in all I'm very happy with the car as is now.

Have you had a chance to drive it in the dry yet Gary?

    How's it going?

Hi Ed. Absolutely loving it but haven't had good chance to drive it in really dry conditions. Only generally use it a couple of times per week now we're retired and it's been raining or at least damp patches on the road, so not good for trying it out.

Good stuff mate, sounds like it's pretty well sorted for you now
be interesting to see what it does when it goes down the quarter mile.

Calder seems to be much better than Heathcote for traction these days.

Yep. A mate with then similarly powered blown VF SSV ran low 11s at Calder on street tyres by playing with pressures. I'd expect low 12s on full pressure street tyres depending on how much traction it can get.

You should get there at Calder quite easy Gary
(I would actually be surprised if it didn't crack into the 11's)

Traction has been very good there lately.

LOL!! Sorry Ed, forgot about this!

When it hooks up and goes, even not at 100% throttle, it's blindingly quick!
