Yep, he bought a Fraud. No luck with the ute yet but haven't really pushed it yet. Hope to generate interest at the Dandenong All Holden Day this Sunday.

    Re: The Wonkyjet

Jezza (formerly JezzaB then Jez @ HDT, now back in Vic and doing all sorts of clever electrical stuff with VEs - see https://www.facebook.com/jsbperformance for those on FB) has now updated me to an E3 iQ system I got from a wrecker in Qld. Just waiting on my new MY15 satnav maps (only released last month) to arrive so I can find my way home. Our new estate doesn't appear on the maps in it at the moment (MY12). VIM enabled etc. I've always loved the E3 HSV iQ setup!!

If anybody knows of someone looking to upgrade their VE dash to HSV E1/E2 Senator spec (only done less than 15,000km so perfect condition) I'm looking to sell all my original stuff which includes the much nicer looking E3 black centre gauges.

    Re: The Wonkyjet

    Yugoslavian rollbars now removed.

Bought them as it had been over 6 years since I'd had to try to get my walking frame out of and back into the back seat by myself. Was worried about overbalancing without something secure to hang onto, but now feel confident I shouldn't fall over now. Looks heaps better now!! Big thanks to Mike who a) put them on for me and b) removed them today.

Only downside is if I get pulled over I no longer have anything to blame the strange "whistle" the Senator gets at times on!

Nice setup Gaz, did you get the E3 Motec EDI as well? I know it's mostly wank factor, but I do use the IAT and Trans temp gauges.

Thanks Malus. Yep, got all the Motec stuff to and even though I agree it's mostly wank factor, I'll probably have it put in soon as I sell some stuff to fund it - needs a converter box to work in a car which didn't come from the factory with it.
