My supercharger finally arrived during the week - that was an ordeal (of patience)

Just waiting for the camshaft and stallie then it will be all systems go.

Hell yes. The gearbox took 4 months.

It sure is Ed - makes it harder when hot cars drive past me or I see a red VF.

UPDATE:

The heads are now back from the machinist. So we are on the final stretch to the finish line as all major components are in the workshop.

We are aiming for completion within 4 weeks.

UPDATE:

The engine is built now. It will be painted tomorrow. The old engine (24,000kms) will be removed tomorrow ready for the new engine to be installed on Monday.

Looks great, looks like it has the latest, bigger throttle body?

You should take a close up picture of the throttle intake, (without the yellow sticker on it) they look tough as!

UPDATE:

Engine is now installed. And the gearbox/overdrive is almost ready to install.

I'm going up to Toowoomba on Monday afternoon so I'll have some more pics and info then

Toowoomba?....I used to live there at Drayton in the 60s. Went to school with a Doug Schultz, who's used to run a used car yard, Autoland, and He was also a big wheel in Speedway /Motorsport etc in the Toowoomba area,...have you heard of him?
