Time 6 to 7 seconds in the trailer, was from this top 10 shoot out lap at 1 minute and 45 seconds, I knew the shot in the trailer instantaneously...

Here's the whole shoot out lap...

I was there that day, that thing sure sounded the business, as did the HRT one.

Lowndes hardly seen in the movie.

    I really enjoyed watching it.
There was a fair bit of interesting personal content about the man in it.

at times it was hard to watch, but otherwise a good watch, if that makes sense.

obviously there were mental health issues which may not have been addressed/acknowledged due to the era in which they occurred. that part is sad to me.

Re: Peter Brock "Over The Top"

I think he was very focussed on being the best he could regarding his cars & motorsport
but I think it was such a shame that he got sucked in by the guy with the crystals because that belief destroyed his ties with Holden & HDT.

I wonder how so many things would have been different if PB had never been introduced to that bloke?

Personally ... not much I reckon!

I think HDT would have become HSV anyway... Brock would have been relegated to driving only and also doing what he did so well
.. spin the spiel for Holden and HSV. Do the promos, wow the crowds ...

Cars would still have been developed but by an engineering team (as happened) .. with testing/approval by Brock (and Harves
if you could get him out of the suit) and so it goes ...

Re: Peter Brock "Over The Top"

Just watched it on Fetch TV - hire. Absolutely loved it.

It gave an in depth view into the man, his strengths and his flaws. I thought Bev's views on all that was going on were very insightful. Very fair and balanced it seemed to me, with no hint of bitterness she must have felt after he left her. I think she still loved him deeply, despite his flaws.
