    Hi Mick,

    Looks Good

You got away with the exhaust so the debadging should be easy to get away with. lol

    Have you lowered it yet???

As I said I've managed to pick up a set of SSV springs for it but the cost of fitting is a bit much. Best quote I've had so far is around $350 just for fitting when Luke from Wholesale will do a set of Kings SL for $550ish fitted so unless someone in the Canberra area has some of the tools and the know-how to change them, I'll have to wait until the coin turns up. Can't wait though.

    Re: QIKMIK's Ride

    Sen Gborough 1.jpg

Four long years ago, I made a financially sensible decision to sell off my Mafless-tuned LS1 M6 VT Exec and downsized to a Ford Fiesta Zetec lease car and slogged it out with the mortgage, schools and all the bills that come with having a family.

A few weeks ago, the stars aligned, dollars began to rain from the heavens (my beautiful wife's new job) and we decided it was time to update. We sold off the Fiesta and replaced our VE Lumina with an 09 Kluger as the family transport and I started looking for my new ride.

As has been discussed in another recent thread, the used car market is flooded with MY09 base model Senators and a few privately available Signatures. I found my new baby at a Honda dealer in Melbourne of all places where the car lived as the paint shop manager's salary-packaged vehicle. Before I picked up the new one, it was sent down to the boys at APS in Frankston where it was fitted up with a JTG LPG system, then tweaked with a Duspeed OTR, MAF tune and a full exhaust (1 7/8" headers, 200CPI cats and a 2 1/2" HM Bi-modal catback).

End result. 280rwkw on 98RON, 296rwkw on LPG and a huge smile on my dial!!

More pics when I find a better camera or photographer!!

    Congrats Mick,

She would have a few more options than the old VT. Keep upgrading and you will soon find your self behind the wheel of a Barge.

Thanks guys!! Strange thing is Dickie...technically this one doesn't have any options either but somehow doesn't feel any worse for it

well done Mick - paying off the debts is the best. we are currently doing the same thing, so we have spare money to spend on the fun things in life in a few years.
