Dont know if anyone has said this, but the HSV's are (apparently) limited to 250kmh.

Of course thats not going to be for long in some vehicles

HSV have made the headlines on edmunds.
I reckon the Yanks would be creaming themselves for these cars.
    The price conversion is interesting.
Bugger, I'm trying to put the link up but it says,"Your post count must be 10 or greater, your current post count is 75. Please remove links from your message, then you will be able to submit your post."
    WTF?
    Anyway,
    Go to
You'll see it there, meanwhile, I'll delete the link.
    Crap, it did it again
put www in front of edmunds . com / insideline

    Yeah Mate,
It's a great site, I love how they flog the cars at the old runway in their video section.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, browsing the brochure last night I noticed that all HSVs get a full size alloy spare standard ... the size of the front of course.

    About bloody time

When i got the VZ clubbie i ordered a full spare. It came with a 'non-HSV' tyre i.e not a directional Yokohama but some brand that has now skipped my mind. That allowed the spare to go on any of the 4 wheels.

Given the front and rears on the HSV are now different sizes can you run your front sized spare on the rear ? Are there any issues with doing this ? I know a lot of other performance cars have different sizes front to rear but most of them these days seem to have space savers/run flats and not full size spares.
