i want to get the leather hsv gearknob and leather surround to replace my ss vinyl and plastic combo in my vx II but will wait until after my ripshifter
anyone know how much this is, please pm me. dont mean to hijack

    nice ride none the less
The colour is a bit plain but when in the used market its hard to be picky. Still it goes well with the Grange wheels and is easy to keep clean.
I always wanted a car with luxury and power that handles like its on rails. And for an unmodified car. There is no other alternate to a Senator. Especially with the optional GTS suspension like mine making it even rarer.

Yeah that would be brake fluid from the clutch master cylinder. Just fixed it today actually. Its only really badly stained on the mat so it should clean up ok which is what im off to do now.

Yep, the wheels are different, I reckon they're alright, but if I put some bigger brakes on, It'll be a change to 18s, possibly the SV99/VT2GTS 9 spokers, for something different.

Down the track though, I'm not driving it for a while, so things will have to wait.

    Cheers,

    Macca

yeah a few people have said that. I dont mind it, tis a sign of luxury. Plus i'm not about to put silver there like in the Holdens that would look out of place on a tan interior

Re: HSV 52B VTII Senator M6 MAFLESS

I've only ever seen one other M6 VT2 apart from my own, and it had a screw on top of the motor, so i was in jealousy country there for a sec.

HSV originally told me that there were only 2 VT2 M6's made, but have since clarified upon my further pushing at them to be 2 from 1999 (the year mine was made) and 6 from 2000. They only made 98 VT2 Senator's all up i'm told.

well there you go I'm the other 99 one. November build from HSV #52 to be exact. I had no idea they were that rare. I feel a bit privileged. Wow only 98 cars. That makes them more exclusive than the GTS.

Its going well mate, sounds angry at idle and there is torque everywhere. Its sucking fuel though, however that is probably because my right foot is heavy!
I'm looking forward to running it at the private day in January, hopefully I can get a low 12 if I learn how to drive!
