    Hurst billet shifter

Looking at purchasing a short throw shifter for my E3 clubby, was originally looking at getting the GM ripshifter but stumbled accross this Hurst unit - http://www.hurst-shifters.com/?wpsc-...evrolet-camaro. From what ive managed to find there's a few people running these in the US in their Pontiac G8's, but im wondering if there's anyone on here that one installed and what their thoughts are as the cost of the unit once shipped is bout half the price of the GM ripshifter.

Mate I got the mgw one in my ss. It was a better concept imo as it was a complete cradle and shifter replacement. Was a bit tight to start but was great when it loosened up.

the Hurst shifter does look cool, just not sure about how it would look in the car!

The yanks love the MGW, it's the one i'd probably get.
