Thanks Ed. I had my dashcam running for all of it but unfortunately with my new one I discovered afterwards that I'd somehow accidentally muted it and without sound it's pretty boring.

    My first attempt.

Nah, kidding. It was the first instructor just checking how my steering wheel knob was for control.

Yep, was good fun! I reckon a few hundred hours practice and I could be successful in drifting a corner in the wet once in a while. With so much power on tap I was either doing 360s or not even initiating a drift.

If he'd touched any knob other than my steering wheel one I think my brain would have suddenly remembered how to run unaided!!

Yeah, loving the camera so far!! (See http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/showthre...9&#post2148169)

Almost invisible unless somebody looks hard for it yet can do 2304 x 1296 resolution, which was what that was shot at originally. However, my video editing software can only do 1920 x 1080 so it went through one conversion there and one conversion again in uploading to Vimeo.

It can also using the inbuilt player display your position etc on Google maps, as below.

Nah, only ran over one cone for the whole day AFAIK and even though I did a good job on it, next thing it was good as new.

Haven't done much to it for a while but on Cup Day a mate added some paddle shifters for me - absolutely love them now my disabilities mean I'm no longer allowed to drive a manual (bit of a comedown for someone who used to have a heavy truck/bus licence ).

Yep! The first few photos I saw of them in other cars I thought they looked too big proportionally, but I think they're perfect now!
